today went to school thy change to exp 7 then is 10% of overall gonna do nicely liao haha then sport really torture 2.4 run then 2 sets of 5 storey climb 20 push and sit up omg faint haha hope 2moro can wake up for class dumdum is always sleeping alamak like a pig only
