today slept till 2+ then wake up online then later went to meet alvin at around 4+ then train down find song fei and ah ben then go K pool then later walk to 450 had dinner then go ah ben hse slacked till 11 then we train home 2moro going chalet will be back at thur night bah :D dun miss me hehe
